Our Schedule a Tour page embeds a booking tool provided by Calendly, LLC. When you load that page, the Calendly widget loads directly from Calendly’s servers and Calendly may place cookies and similar technologies on your device, including cookies that are necessary for the booking tool to function and cookies used for performance and analytics purposes. This happens whether or not you complete a booking.
If you schedule a tour through the tool, the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any details you add to the booking, is submitted to and stored by Calendly and shared with us so we can confirm and prepare for your visit. Calendly also detects your device’s time zone in order to display available times and to send you the correct confirmation and reminder notices.
Calendly processes this information as our Service Provider, and its own handling of your information is governed by Calendly’s Privacy Notice, which you can review at https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice, and its Cookie Notice at https://calendly.com/legal/cookie-notice.
You can manage your Calendly cookie preferences by selecting Cookie Settings at the bottom of any Calendly booking page. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may prevent the booking tool from working correctly. If you would prefer not to use the online scheduler at all, you can schedule a tour by calling us at 208-359-8141 ext. 2.
